C.V Bavaria was established in the year 1978 as official single agent from :

     1. Eppendorf Geratebau(Germany) which producing laboratory equipment such as micro          pipette,     photometerautoanalyzer , centrifuge, etc.
     2. Rudolf Brand(Germany) which producing Laboratory Glass Ware

    Along with the development of time, in the year 1980 C.V Bavaria becomes the only distributor from Boeckel&co Gmbh(germany) which moving in the business of laboratory equipment and scientific research. Since the huge amount of demand in the field of Laboratory and Clinique, in the year 1982 C.V Bavaria Combined creating a new whole division called division of Diagnostic which selling Reagentia, also along in the same year C.V Bavaria Combined becomes the single official distributor from Human Gmbh (Germany)

    In order to anticipate the competition in the fields of medical equipments, in the year 1998 the company has created P.T Bavaria Combinindo which specialise running the business which not medical, where C.V Bavaria still selling and distribute medical equipment and other hospital needs. In year of 1990 P.T Bavaria Combinindo open the new division which specialised handling the equipment of blood wash(hemodialysis) with the official single distributor from Fresenius(Germany). In the year of 2000, health department of Indonesia do not allow C.V as importer product from foreign country, as a result for anticipating this action, C.V Bavaria has creating a whole new company called P.T Germarindo Putera which specialise moving in the fields of hospital and other business project. In the year 2005 C.V Bavaria has been disabled and move all the business and agencies into P.T Bavaria Combinindo, in the year of 2005 the company established P.T Germarindo Bioteknika which is devoted for managing production of biotechnology, DNA and many more. In the same year the company also produce P.T Biocon Indonesia which becomes the only distributor Reagentia from Biocon&Analyticon(Germany), Photometer from Boeco(Germany) and Autoanalyzer from AMS(Italy).

Therefore until now, there are 4 companies which different division and design, as described :
